4 Ways to Stand Your Ground in 2022
Brace Yourself for Tyranny
As we face down further tyranny and terror in 2022, it's critical to know how to stand our ground and defend our God-given American rights.
In a time when many of our fellow countrymen are resting on their laurels and waiting for somebody else to do something, the harsh reality is clear: Nobody is coming to save us. This will only be over when we say it is over.
With the coming storm of lockdowns, stricter mandates and corrupt government overreach, America needs its heroes - and all it takes is a courageous few to plant our feet in defiance.
Here's 4 ways to be the patriot America needs right now:
4. Develop Your Opinions & Beliefs

You can’t stand your ground effectively if you don’t know and fully understand what you believe.
Too many Americans on both sides of the political aisle don’t really know what the Republican or Democratic parties stand for, or what their politicians plan to do. You can change that by deeply investigating your opinions and beliefs and developing them over time.
Ask yourself why you believe certain things, then decide whether it’s worthwhile to believe those ideas and fight for them if necessary. When you do this, not only will you be able to out-debate your opponents; You’ll also feel more confident when stating your opinion and defending your beliefs.
Some college kid with a sign won’t be able to stop you with a single cherry-picked statistic the next time you go to a rally or protest!
3. Learn to State Your Opinions Confidently

Next, get confident stating your opinions and arguments clearly. Part of standing up for yourself is being able to state what you believe in without remorse or shame. This is critical if you want a chance of swaying an opponent to your side, plus people don’t tend to believe those who state their opinions weakly or meekly.
You can flex your communication skills by roleplaying with your inner circle, practicing in the mirror, having debates with your family members, or discussing the topic with others online.

2. Vote Regularly

Of course, standing your ground also means doing your patriotic duty as an American, and voting every chance you get.
Don’t just vote for the President of the United States; Every election matters, from local City Council elections all the way up to the Oval Office itself. Policy is made more in Congress than in the Presidential sphere of influence, for example.
To that end, put your voting pen where your mouth is and stand up for your beliefs. Even better, try to get other Americans to vote with you.
1. Be Prepared for Consequences

Lastly, when you stand your ground, you have to be prepared for any consequences that may arrive.
Martin Luther King Jr., for example, did not resist arrest and imprisonment because he believed in his ideals. You should be prepared for no less than similar treatment if needed. Public scorn is sometimes a necessary element of political change and idealism.
If you truly plan to stand up for your American ideals, you have to be willing to fight and sacrifice for them as well.

Ultimately, all of us must stand up together honestly and patriotically over the next year.
We’ll all follow this advice and do our best to provide good role models for young Americans watching the discussions and debates taking place on TV and across the Internet.
Stay strong. America overcame tyranny before and we'll do it again.
God Bless America,
Justin
