"Never let a good crisis go to waste."
- Winston Churchill
The mandates that have been thrust upon the American people are unconscionable, unbelievable, and unconstitutional - so why are they still happening? The answer to this question is simple.
The people are allowing it to happen.
We The People hold the power; government isn't there to grant us our God-given liberties and freedoms, it's there to protect them. Although many people believe that the Constitution protects the people from government, it is not entirely true.
The Constitution gives the people the power to protect their rights if the government fails to do so, which puts our future in our own hands. The first step to ensuring our future is educating ourselves on what's going on and what we can do about it - that's where we come in.
The crooks in political power are betting on your ignorance - don't give it to them. Instead, take five minutes to read today's report to learn what mandates actually are, if they're actually enforceable, and what you can do to stop them from happening now and again in the future.
A mandate is a contract between authority and its subjects, legally defined as, "A judicial command or precept issued by a court or magistrates, directing the proper officer to enforce a judgment, sentence or decree."
At first glance this may seem hopeless until you read the three things necessary to create and enforce a mandate, which are:
1. There should exist something which should be the matter of the contract
i.e. There needs to be a reason for enacting a mandate
2. It should be gone gratuitously
i.e. Those enforcing it can not charge money to enact the mandate and can not coerce people into participating
3. All parties should voluntarily intend to enter the contract
i.e. A mandate only applies to those who agree to comply with it
Other notable legal implications concerning mandates include:
- A mandate is a contract between the enforcer and the subject
- It may be verbal or in writing, express or implied, in solemn form or in any other manner
- A mandate may be varied at the pleasure of both parties
- It may be absolute or conditional, general or special, temporary or permanent
To summarize, a mandate is a contract between authority and its subjects. Mandates only apply to those who agree to enter the contract, force and coercion can not be used to get an individual to comply with the mandate, and a mandate can not cost anything to anybody who does or does not comply.
There doesn't need to be formal or definite terms of what the mandate is, the terms can change at any time for any reason, and can stay in effect as long as both parties agree to carry out the contract.
Starting to put the pieces together? This is why useless masks, pathetic social distancing, communist lockdowns, and others have not been made law; Passing a law requires a lengthy legislation process and is very difficult to change once passed. A mandate on the other hand, only requires verbal consent and can be changed at whim with no legislative process whatsoever.
Which brings us to how enforceable a mandate actually is.
Can mandates be enforced?
As explained above, a mandate is a private contract which both parties enter willingly and without force.
Therefore, if an individual agrees to enter the contract, and the terms of the contract include enforcing the measures of the mandate, then yes, it can be enforced - but only as long as an individual agrees to stay in the contract.
Again, as explained above, an individual may enter and exit the contract (mandate) at any time without reason through verbal, writing, implication, or any other manner - and guess what falls under "any other manner"?
Wearing a mask, complying with social distance, and agreeing to enter lockdown.
By not complying with an idiotic mandate, it is implied that you have not willingly entered the contract (mandate), and it does not apply to you - but this is where we begin to run into problems.
It goes without saying that we back the blue when they back the people's rights, but we've all seen videos of shameless cops beating, harassing, and arresting those who do not comply with garbage mandates. This is lawless behavior that beyond criminal.
So what can we do about it? Pull out a calculator and I'll tell you.
Stopping and preventing mandates
Got your calculator? Good, this will be fast.
There's roughly 696,000 full-time law enforcement officers and 519,682 politicians in the United States, of which 96% hold local offices. Add those together and you get roughly 1.2 million individuals who have the ability to illegally enforce mandates.
As of writing this article, there are roughly 332,524,000 citizens of the United States.
Divide the number of United States citizens by the number of enforcers and you'll find that the enforcers are outnumbered by 277 to 1.
In other words, 0.3% of the American population is enforcing tyranny on the rest of the 99.7%. This isn't factoring in the amount of police officers who stand with the people when it comes down to it, and I'm sure that number is a substantial silent majority.
After taking a minute to look at the numbers, it's abundantly clear that stopping and preventing mandates requires no legal action, no violence, no revolution, and no further thought. The best way to stop active mandates and prevent future ones boils down to one simple word:
But we can't stop these alone; speak up, connect with your neighbors, form a community, forgive and ask for forgiveness. The more people realize the truth about mandates, the less people comply with them, and the more difficult it becomes to enforce.
It's up to you
I've said this from day one, and I'll say it until the cows come home; this nightmare is over when we say it's over. Choosing to ignore the looming tyranny kicking down the door by watching TV every night, mindlessly scrolling through social media, and hittin' the bar all weekend long is cowardice.
The harsh reality is that if you don't get active in your community and stand up for your country, soon there will be no TV to watch, no social media posts to like, and no bars to go to.
Your future, the future of our country, and to be frank, the future of the human race is up to you - up to all of us. It's an honor to bear this responsibility and pathetic to hand it over to globalist authoritarians.
And never forget, the only thing more infectious than a virus with a 99.7% survival rate is courage. Spread it like wildfire.
God Bless America,
