Supply Chain Crisis: What's Really Going On?
The Truth
Although the news and current administration are doing their best to play down the supply chain crisis as a temporary bottleneck due to "COVID-19", Americans see empty shelves and hear something completely different from those they know who work within these industries.
The truth as to why this is happening and who's responsible is not as simple as the blanket COVID-19 excuse that has been used for every disaster the current administration has put the American people through. The truth is not hard to understand, but it is hard to find.
After reading this article, you'll know the truth as to why this is happening, who's responsible, and what you can do in anticipation of more serious shortages in the near future:
Three Key Causes
The supply chain crisis and looming supply chain breakdown is attributed to three key factors, listed below and explained further beneath.
- Lockdowns
- Shipping containers
- Vaccine mandates
3. Lockdowns

The unconstitutional, anti-American, and life destroying lockdowns of 2020 absolutely annihilated not only American businesses, but businesses worldwide that Americans depend upon.
Although an exact number is difficult to gather, it's been estimated that from January 2020 until June 2021, roughly 37.5% of small businesses in America closed. Small businesses closing may not seem like it effects the supply chain, but you must consider what that high level of closure means for the supplier of goods for those small businesses, and subsequently the ones still open also dependent on those same suppliers.
To help you understand this concept, let's use the restaurant industry as an example. More than 110,000 eating and drinking establishments closed in 2020; as a result, the food producers of these restaurants suddenly lost tens of thousands of contracts in a year. Many of these same producers also supply food to grocery stores, but to keep their own doors open, they have to resort to producing less food. The end result is less food on store shelves.
We also have to consider American manufacturers who depend on other countries with stricter lockdown measures. If an American manufacturer relies on parts made in Thailand to produce their finished product, but Thailand halted all production for a period of time due to lockdowns or enforced vaccine mandates that resulted in less workers, the American manufacturer is unable to produce the finished product at the usual rate.
In a nutshell; A large factor of the supply chain crisis we are currently beginning to experience is due to lockdown restrictions placed on manufacturers both nationally and globally that seriously hinder businesses' abilities to produce goods.
The science is clear; lockdowns do much more harm than good and we can not allow them to happen again. If the current or future administrations demand that we lockdown out country, we must resist at all costs.
2. Shipping Containers

Although this is a direct effect of lockdowns, it requires it's own explanation.
Before 2020, trade logistics between the US & China was carefully balanced. China sent goods to the States, and the States used those same shipping containers to ship different goods back to China. China reused those shipping containers to ship goods back again, the cycle continues.
Because China lifted their lockdowns and restrictions much earlier than America, there quickly became a disproportionate amount of containers filled with goods coming into American ports; because American businesses were still on lockdown, there were no longer any American goods to ship out. Naturally, the freight companies weren't going to ship empty containers back to China seeing as they wouldn't get paid for doing so.
However, when American businesses began opening up again, those containers would still sit there empty. Freight ships can only carry so many containers per load, so although the empty containers were available, there simply was no space on the ships to send goods back.
This then led to a shortage of containers for China to fill goods to send to America seeing as again, empty containers were collecting dust on American shores and freight companies weren't going to ship them for free - another huge component that ultimately resulted in the bottleneck of goods we're currently experiencing.
1. Vaccine Mandates

Before we begin this section, I want to be very clear. We support the individual's right to choose whether or not they want any medical procedure. However, we do not support the government mandating that the American people engage in any medical procedure as a condition of earning a living.
With that said, the media has been spinning a boldfaced lie that there is a shortage of supplies due to a shortage of labor. This is a half-truth. It is not because "the economy is booming" or "nobody wants to work". There is a labor shortage because businesses vital to the supply chain are losing or firing the employees who do not want to get vaccinated - big difference.
Take the trucking industry for example. At the time of writing, 80,000 American truck drivers either retired early or dropped out of the industry since January 2020 due to the inevitable vaccine mandates coming their way. Seeing as truckers move 71% of the US economy's goods, this is a very big problem - and may be the biggest factor in the current supply chain crisis we find ourselves in.
Also consider the people who refused to bow to tyranny who stock shelves, work in warehouses, repair shipping trucks, work in logistics - the list goes on. These people want to work, but their tyrannical government and cowardly employers are not allowing them to.
The end result? Our current situation.

So, Who's Responsible?

This is the question of the millennia - first, we must establish that the virus isn't responsible for this. The virus did not demand lockdowns, instill business capacities, enforce curfews, scare consumers, and mandate vaccines; the governments of the world did this. They are responsible for our current situation, not the virus.
But who exactly? Although it's easy to do so, we can not place blame on the President; he's obviously nothing more than a barely functioning puppet. The same can be said for the governors of the country seeing as they are reading off of the same script and working in lockstep to destroy the US and global economy.
We must instead ask ourselves the following questions:
"Who controls the Governor of my state?"
"Who controls the President of the United States?"
Only time will tell, but the fact of the matter is you are the only person responsible for the health and well-being of yourself and loved ones. On that note, here's what to anticipate.
Face Reality

Although stocking up on essentials in the case of a total breakdown is smart, it's wise to prepare past the point of when your supplies run out. With that said, we'll run through recommended supplies for total breakdown, and then recommended skills.
What To Get:
Remember this is a starting point and merely suggestions. Do deeper research to find out what you and your family would need in the case of total supply chain breakdown:
- Water
Your most important preparation. Look for sterile, long term water storage solutions.
- Food
Canned and dried food high in calories with a long shelf life, emergency food kits.
- Toiletries
Toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, deodorant, razors.
- Solar Powered Gadgets
Solar generator, solar cooker, solar water boiler, solar flashlight, solar radio.
What To Learn:
If this situation lasts longer than your supplies, you'll suffer the consequences. Use those supplies while you cultivate the following skills for sustainable independence:
- Growing food
- Harvesting water
- Tying knots
- Vehicle repair
- Home maintenance
- Self-defense
- Starting a safe fire
- Hunting game
We'll Get Through This

Our country was founded by brave men and women who dared to challenge a tyrannical government, and it will be those same people that get it back - and you are those people. Call upon the strength of your American ancestors, build a community of like-minded patriots, and prepare yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually.
It won't be easy, but so long as you look at reality and prepare accordingly, we'll reign triumphant and reclaim our country. Never lose faith in the American spirit.
Thank you for reading, stay strong patriots.
